Green Spring

Green Spring Energy is a Hybrid Petrochemical Complex (HPC) with many state-of-the-art features that make recycling processes unique, reliable, and scalable. The arrangement of multiple distillation columns, designed to run continuously or in batches with multiple receiving vessels, allows the plant to change feedstock quickly (less than 4 hours). HPC is conceived and designed around the concept of ‘Zero Waste.’ The plant has state-of-the-art pollution control facilities, including wastewater treatment plants and air emission controls with no flaring from the chimneys. Air emission parameters are monitored in real-time, and visibility is provided to the local authorities. Moving away from the conventional approach of using large land blocks to construct the plant, the HPC’s design philosophy focuses on maximizing space utilization. The unique design of positioning the vertical and the horizontal intermediate tanks, one on top of the other, ensures optimal space utilization.

In addition to having the latest in test equipment, the in-house R&D division comes equipped with a fully functional pilot plant. The pilot plant helps to dynamically maximize the yield from feedstock and to optimize the plant’s operational efficiency.

Blending Plant

Innova Specialty

We are the market leader in formulating, blending, and distributing high-value fuel and lubricant additives, base oils, and specialty chemicals. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility of 45,000 MT capacity per year, guarantees the production of a wide and versatile range of products. We can deliver our products packaged in drums, IBCs, flexitanks, ISO tanks, and road tankers. Our range of additives can be utilized to formulate a variety of lubricants, like automotive lubricants, hydraulic fluids, gear oils, Viscosity Index Improvers (VII), and specialized lubricants. Our polyurethane division manufactures various rigid polyurethane systems using advanced PLC & SCADA-HMI to monitor and control the production process. The drilling chemicals portfolio features a full line of high quality, proprietary, and unique Specialty Drilling & Completion Fluids, Additives, and High-Performance Mud Systems. These products are designed to save companies significant time and expense while drilling, providing optimum production results through all types of downhole conditions globally.

Bulk Storage

SRS Terminal

SRS Middle East is a Dh160mn joint venture between Innova Refining Holdings Ltd., Global Petro Storage (GPS), and Chemie Tech LLC, in the Hamriyah Free Zone. The facility includes a terminal that provides storage and distribution services for industrial reprocessing of waste oils, and trading services. The project is the consortium’s first investment in the Middle East, which is the strategic hub that the group plans to expand around. SRS Middle East operates a state-of-the-art hydrocarbon storage terminal, built in accordance with the best international standards. The terminal has 23 above-ground vertical atmospheric storage tanks of various capacities, with a cumulative nominal capacity of 178,646 cubic meters. The facility can receive and dispatch Gas, Oil, Gasoline, Naphtha, Fuel Oil, Crude Condensate Oil, Bitumen, and several other Petrochemical products from the inner and main harbors and load and unload trucks via a dedicated facility within the terminal.

Tank Depot

Tanks Cleaning Depot

INNOVA Tanks Cleaning Services established in the year 2014 is another division of INNOVA Group formed to support the ISO Tank Operators in GCC. The company is specialized in cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of ISO T11 Tanks. The automated washing unit is geographically located to cater to the nearest port of destination. The units hold technically sound and qualified technicians to handle the task. All repairs in this facility have been completed in accordance with ITCO standards and certified by qualified surveyors like DNV, B.V, and Lloyds Register.
